Farm Fresh Products from Hard Bargain Farm

Grass-fed Beef from Hard Bargain Farm will be available late this fall. We prefer to sell the meat the most economical way which is by the quarter, approximately 90 lbs., requiring 3 cubic feet of freezer space. The price for Grass-fed Beef by the quarter or half is $6.50/lb. and consists of an assortment of steaks, roasts, cubes and ground beef, vacuum-packed and frozen. Beef is also available in smaller amounts, priced individually per cut. The HBF steers will be processed on November 13th and be available for pickup at the farm in early December. Available now from Hard Bargain Farm are free-range chicken broilers. These young, meaty birds are raised on pasture and grain in our “chicken tractors.” All chickens are cleaned and frozen on site.
