- Hard Bargain Farm Schedule
- Starting June 1, groups may call to begin scheduling for weekends in the fall.
- Starting the day after Labor day, groups may begin scheduling for weekends in the spring.
- A deposit of $25.00 is due within two weeks of the date of making the reservation.

HBF Facility Rentals
HBF Facility RentalsWeekend Rentals & Programs:
The Farm's overnight facility, Wareham Lodge, is available for weekend rentals by non-profit groups and community organizations. Facilities include bunkrooms for up to 44 persons, large meeting room, kitchen and spacious outdoor setting.
- Overnight use of Wareham Lodge: $15.00 per person with a minimum of $300.00 per night, and a maximum of 44 persons ($660 per night). Lodging may be for one or two nights, and a two-hour farm tour and wagon ride to the Potomac River is included at 10 A.M. Saturday.
- Weekend Day Lodge Use: $175.00 per day or any part of a day. No tour or wagon ride.

School Groups/Education Program Reservations Day and overnight field experiences are available for public and private school groups. Hard Bargain Farm's education programs include guided hands-on outdoor education experiences. Overnight field experiences are housed at Wareham Lodge.
